Minor Resubdivision Plan
The site for this 2-lot, 5.97 acre subdivision is located at County Lane and Tanguy Rd. The property contains a 3-story dwelling, a garage/barn, pool, pool house, and a tennis court. At the October meeting revised plans were discussed. Parcel A will now be subdivided off of the parent tract and merged with land owned by applicant in Chester County. There are no proposed improvements other than removing the driveway which links existing dwelling at 87 Tanguy Rd. to lot 2 which is the property in Chester County. A new driveway connection will be made. The members recommended this plan for approval conditioned upon the satisfactory compliance with Catania Engineering Associates, Inc. letter of October 7, 2019 and deed restriction language for Parcel A that is reviewed and approved by the Township Land Planner and Township Planning Commission Solicitor as noted in comment #32 of the referenced review letter.
