Form Instructions:
- Click here to file a Complaint
- Enter property address*. There are two ways to search for the property for which you are registering a complaint:
- Enter a street name in the search field below and click on the property address
- Click on the property location on the map
- Once the correct address is displayed on the right-hand side of the screen, click “CREATE COMPLAINT” and enter the appropriate descriptive information.
- Select SUBMIT to submit your complaint or CANCEL to go back.
*If you are unsure of the exact property address, use the address closest to the property and enter descriptive information to describe the exact location of the violation.
Tips for Form Submission:
- If you would like to provide any photos supporting your code concern please email all photos to code [at] thornbury.org () after you have submitted your code concern.
- Complaints are processed in the order they are received.
- Septic system failure and surfacing sewage

- Living in an RV without a permit

- Providing accurate and complete information is necessary to conduct a complaint investigation
