Undesirable PRD Trees:
During the May meeting the members reviewed and motioned to recommend approval of the updated list of Approved PRD Trees from the Catania Engineering Associates Landscape Architect.
183 Locksley Road Sketch Plan:
At the September meeting the developer proposed 19 lots under Cluster R1 zoning on this 18.4 acre property. One lot contains historic structures. The plan shows a loop road with two access points onto Locksley Rd. Dwelling unit density formula, tree data, steep slopes, riparian buffer, off-street parking, and school bus stop parking were discussed. No further action taken at this time on this Sketch Plan.
