Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Chapter 27 of the Thornbury Township Zoning Ordinance of 1978, as amended, the Thornbury Township Delaware County Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2026, at the Thornbury Township Municipal Building, 6 Township Drive, Cheyney, Pennsylvania 19319 to consider the following application:
Appeal 2-2026 – Appeal of Laura and David O’Nions for variance under Section 27-2604.B (9) Area Regulations in order to remove the existing deck and construct a covered deck on the rear of their home 26 ft. from the rear yard boundary line where 35 ft. is required for the property located at 55 Cherry Farm Lane, West Chester, Pa, located in the Cherry Creek PRD Residential Zoning District of Thornbury Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
