Taxes:
- 1% Earned Income Tax - see Earned Income Tax Information
- School Taxes - Due in August. Bill will be sent in the mail.
- Real Estate Taxes - Bills mailed from Delaware County in February.
Local Television: Township information available on Comcast Digital Cable Channel 965 and Verizon Channel 32
Drivers’ License : Residents have 30-days to change their address on their license.
Trash Removal : This service is not provided by the Township. Residents can contract with a hauler of their choice. Check out the Utilities page for a listing of area trash haulers.
Recycling : Residents are required to participate in THORNBURY TOWNSHIP’s mandatory recycling program. Single stream curbside pick up is scheduled on Wednesdays. Click here to sign up for Township News/Recycle e-mail reminders. Residents may use a container of their choice with a visible Recycle Only sticker (free sticker can be picked up at the township). You may also purchase a recycle container from the Township or you may enroll in Opdenaker’s Recycle Reward program for a small fee. Call Opdenaker for details: 610-459-3515
