Appeal 6-2023 – Appeal of Peter Grassi for a variance under Chapter 27, Section 1804 in order to construct a deck 46 ft. by 12 ft. with a 12 ft. by 25 ft. roof addition to the home 17 ft. from the rear yard boundary line where 25 ft. is required. The property is located at 46 Cherrydale Road, Glen Mills, PA, in the Residential PRD-2 District of Thornbury Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
