Crane Subdivision Update - Stoney Bank Road

The Crane property, located at 105 and 110 Stony Bank Road, was approved for subdivision by both the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors earlier this year. The plans have been in the review and approval process since May of 2013. The approved plans subdivide a 55 acre parcel into 24 single family lots and there will be 22.7 acres of open space preserved. The plans have been signed as of 6-20-18 and will be recorded. Once the plans are recorded with Delaware County, Toll Brothers will commence development of the property.
